What we collect

When you book a call: your name, email address, time zone, the agent and slot you chose, anything you type into the notes field, and the fact and time of your recording consent.

During the call: audio from everyone present, and a written transcript of it. The transcript includes what the agent said as well as what you said.

After the call: a written brief generated from the transcript, which a partner reads.

If you use the footer form: your email address, and nothing else.

Why the call is recorded

The agent on the call is software, not a person. It records and transcribes so it can produce the brief a human partner then reads and acts on. Without the recording there is no brief.

You are told this in writing before you book, and the agent says it aloud as the first thing on the call, before any substantive conversation. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and the agent will leave.

Where it is stored

Booking details, including your name, email and consent record, are held by Cal.com, our scheduling provider.

The call runs on LiveKit, which carries the audio and keeps its own session recording and diagnostic report with its own retention period, separate from ours.

The transcript is stored privately by us on Vercel Blob. The brief is generated from it and reviewed by a partner.

The transcript is processed by Google Gemini to produce the brief.

How long we keep it

We do not currently operate a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Transcripts and briefs are kept until they are no longer needed for the engagement they relate to, or until you ask us to delete them.

That is a weaker commitment than a stated retention period, and we would rather say so plainly than publish a number the system does not enforce.

Having it deleted

Email adam@rndm.io and ask. You do not need to give a reason.

We will delete the transcript and the brief, and remove the session recording held by LiveKit and the booking record held by Cal.com.

If a partner has already acted on the brief, some of what you told us may survive in our notes about the work. We will tell you if that is the case rather than quietly leave it out.

Who else sees it

The partners at RNDM Labs reviewing your brief. Nobody else.

We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not use your call to train models.

The providers named above process it on our behalf in order to run the service.
